Week ending 7th of July
- Pamphlets creation and rollout
- Door to Door data collected
Key Learnings
Pamphlets
- 500 pamphlets of A4 size were created as a part of the marketing and awareness campaign of Project Suraksha
- Tied up with local newspaper agents to supply these pamphlets alongside the newspapers
- Hence increased the reach of the pamphlets
- Pamphlets included minimal text to make it visually appealing
- Instead of relying on online survey filling, a phone number was given to call or message for enrolment
- Recieved 6 responses through this method

Door to Door Data Collection
- Time-Consuming and required a lot of effort to go to approximately 100 households gathering data
- However, it proved to be really effective as 52 responses were received.
- These responses included names, phone numbers, Aadhar IDs of the household workers
- Thus when the time will come to enrol the workers, establishing contact with them regarding the enrolment meeting would be way easier and simpler
- Got a first-hand, face to face chance to persuade household workers to enrol themselves in the government social security schemes
Tasks for Next Week
- Plan out first meeting with relevant authorities
