Organising the logistics for the First Enrolment Meeting

  • Had a meeting with the Government Common Service Correspondents and PNB Bank Manager, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi to fixate upon a date for the first meeting for enrolment: 21st of July, 2022.
  • Found a convenient venue located in the centre of the neighbourhood where there is easy access to a large space along with tables, chairs and power sockets for government official’s enrolment setup.
  • Individually called each of the household workers using the door to door data gathered to ensure their availability on the 21st of July.

During the process of organizing logistics, I developed skills in persuasive communication to effectively engage individuals and groups. Coordinating schedules with different stakeholders, including government representatives and bank managers, required strong negotiation skills and patience. The household workers, who have demanding daily wage jobs, presented a challenge in finding a mutually convenient time for enrollment. I learned to persevere and remain consistent in my outreach efforts, even when faced with obstacles such as missed calls. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, commitment, and persistence in achieving my goals.
