Meeting with CSC and PNB branch manager

This meeting was crucial for gaining an understanding of the logistics behind the social security schemes. The bank and common service centers (CSCs) play a key role in ensuring the enrollment requirements are met. The CSCs informed me about the necessary documents, such as a Delhi Aadhar Card, local address, and bank account, as well as the requirement for the applicant to be present for the enrollment process. The bank manager also offered assistance by partnering with the local branch of PNB to open bank accounts for household workers who do not have one. This meeting helped secure the supply side of the project.

Additionally, surveys for the employers of the household workers were conducted since many household workers lack access to a smartphone. The survey was filled out by the employers after asking the household workers a few simple questions. A copy of the survey is attached.
